Rafin is going to build Mӧvenpick hotel

Accor Group has signed a franchise agreement with Rafin concerning the opening of the Mӧvenpick Wrocław Hotel, which will be built by extending and rebranding the current Hotel Grand on Piłsudskiego Street in Wrocław. The enterprise, designed by Greg Architekci, is going to entail putting to use a hotel with 180 rooms. The works should be finalized in early 2023. The hotel will be managed by Cohm. ■
