Rank Progress will construct, in cooperation with Remil, a shopping mall on 9 hectares in Włocławek

On March 28, Rank Progress signed a preliminary contract with the Remil Company from Włocławek for the purchase of 50% of shares in Omega Investments for 20 mln PLN. The entity is the only owner of the property with an area of over 8.9 ha, located in the area of Kapitulna and Długa streets in Włocławek (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). As we informed in January in PREM 918, the property has been designated for the construction of a shopping-service complex with an area of 20-30,000 sqm. Design assumptions of the investment were prepared by the Ortech workshop. ■
