RB Parrot is planning construction of shopping center in Legionowo

In early August, RB Parrot, company associated with Master Management Group (MMG), applied for a construction permit for a shopping-service building in Legionowo near Warsaw. The enterprise will entail the development of lots with an area of 1.2 hectares, located between Pileckiego and Szwajcarska streets, near Zegrzyńska Street; the lots are to be used for the construction of a center with a cubature of 48,600 meters³. Pracownia Projektowa Archmo Architekci Marcin Moldzyński is responsible for developing the design. Let us recall that in PREM 881 (in April 2017), we reported that MMG was obtaining environmental permits for the construction of the "Galeria Bukowiec" center with an area of approx. 84,000 sqm in the area of Szwajcarska (formerly Torowa), Pileckiego, and Wąska streets in Legionowo.
