RD Bud is commencing construction of Lixa office complex with gla of 65,000 sqm in Warsaw for Yareal

RD bud has commenced construction of the Lixa complex in the area of Kasprzaka and Karolkowa streets in Warsaw-Wola for Yareal Polska. The first stage, which is to be finalized in mid-2020, is going to entail the construction of the new headquarters of the BGŻ BNP Paribas bank (22,000 sqm) and a second building, offering 6,000 sqm of office space. Subsequent stages will entail the construction of buildings with areas of 20,000 sqm and 17,000 sqm, respectively. The design of the complex, the entirety of which is scheduled to be put to use in 2022, has been prepared by HRA Architekci. ■
