RDLP is seeking contractor for office building in Szczecin

The State Forests Regional Directorate (Regionalna Dyrekcja Lasów Państwowych) has issued a tender procedure, concerning the general contractorship of an administrative-technical building on Szosa Stargardzka Street in Szczecin. The works, based on a design prepared by Ekoinbud, concern the construction of a building with usable area of 3,200 sqm. Bids with a deposit of 500,000 PLN will be collected through January 15. The order, the value of which has been estimated at 33.6 million PLN net, is to be carried out over the period of 20 months. ■
