Real Management will carry out Bolero Office Point 3 office building with lease area of 9,000 sqm in Warsaw

Real Management has obtained a construction permit for the third building at the Bolero Office Point complex on Równoległa Street in Warsaw. The enterprise is to entail putting to use an office building with a lease area of 9,000 sqm and a total area of 11,500 sqm in the 4th quarter of 2023. Let us recall that in May 2019, we reported that the investor had entrusted Unibep with the contracting of the second stage (approx. 3,000 sqm), designed by Architekci Dawidczyk & Partnerzy. Meanwhile, in July 2012, we reported that Bolero Investment had entrusted Erbud with the construction of the first stage of the complex (14,500 sqm), designed by PRC Architekci. ■
