Real will carry out the expansion of the shopping center in Leszno

The company Real Leszno has been selected as the main contractor for the expansion of the shopping center "Galeria Leszno" in Leszno (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship) at 12 Konstytucji 3 Maja Avenue. The construction work is expected to last around 12 months. To recap, in November 2022, we reported on the plans of ST Plaza Management to expand the complex with a retail park covering 6,000 m². Additionally, we mentioned that the company Leszno Retail obtained permits for the construction of a facility with a capacity of 30,000 m³. Agnieszka Szydłowska and Magdalena Bolanowska (Mb Projekt) were involved in developing the project. The center, owned by the Dutch group IIC and managed by ST Plaza Management, has a usable area of approximately 39,500 m². In November 2015, we reported on the agreement signed between Erbud and Multi Poland for the expansion of "Galeria Leszno" by an additional 6,500 m². The project was developed by the Handbud office.
