REB Group is going to build retail park

The REB Group has purchased a property with an area of approx. 0.5 ha on Jana Pawła II Street in Radzymin (Mazowieckie Province), near the Lidl store. The company is going to build a retail park with a lease area of approx. 2,000 sqm. Architectural documentation is being prepared by the ATG Tomasz Gałuszka project workshop. The outlet is scheduled to be put to use in late 2020.
Let us recall that in December of last year we informed about the preparations of REB Real Estate from the REB Group for locating a retail outlet with an area of approx. 0.4 ha in Lesznowola near Warsaw. Marcin Cellary (BA Dementi) collaborated on the investment. Meanwhile, in September we wrote about plans for locating a multi-functional complex with an area of approx. 22,000 sqm in Katowice. ■
