REB Group is going to build office-service complex with area of 25,000 sqm in Katowice according to design by Urba Architects

A subsidiary of REB Group is applying for permits for the development of properties, located in the area of Grundmanna, Chorzowska, and Żelazna streets in Katowice. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of multi-functional buildings (offices, hotel, rental apartments, restaurants, and services) with usable area of approx. 26,000 sqm. The design has been developed by Urba Architects. Let us recall that in September 2019, we reported that REB Group purchased a property with an area of approx. 1.5 ha, located in the area of Grundmanna, Chorzowska, and Żelazna streets in Katowice, for the construction of a multi-functional complex. Meanwhile, last year in February, we wrote that the preliminary concept of the investment was prepared by Koziarski Pracownia Projektowa. ■
