Redkom is collaborating on construction of Movenpick hotel with 140 rooms in Zakopane

Redkom Development is a co-investor during construction of the Mӧvenpick hotel complex on Oswalda Balzera Street in Zakopane (Małopolskie Province). Let us recall that the investment is going to be carried out on the basis of the Imperial hotel and will entail the revitalization of the historic section, as well as construction of a new building and putting to use a total of 140 rooms in a condo system. The complex will also include a spa and wellness center with a swimming pool. The design is being developed by the local architectural office Karpiel Steindel Architektura, and the interior design is being prepared by AB Concept Design. The shareholder of Imperial Zakopane, company which conducts the enterprise, is Artur Kozieja (Europlan). ■
