Redmill will build retail park in Olecko

Redmill has obtained a permit for the construction of a retail park in the area of Zwycięstwa Avenue in Olecko (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). The enterprise, which we first wrote about in July of this year, is going to consist of the construction of a complex of outlets with a cubature of almost 20,000 meters³ and a lease area of 4,500 sqm. Design works have been carried out by architect Daniel Łuniewski (PP Autoris) and Karol Mor (PKB Konstruktor). ■
