Refield has commissioned Gra-Mar to deliver the "Brama Bieszczad" retail and service complex in Sanok (Podkarpackie Voivodeship) under a general contracting agreement. The project is located at the intersection of national roads DK 28 and DK 84. Preparatory works are currently underway – heavy equipment is already on-site, topsoil is being removed, and the land is being leveled. A groundbreaking ceremony and the start of core construction works are planned soon. The investment, carried out by Refield, is estimated at PLN 130–140 million, making it the largest private development of its kind in Sanok's history. The entire complex will be built in five separate buildings and has potential for future expansion in the coming years. The project will provide over 23,000 sqm of modern retail space, around 30 commercial and service units, a drive-thru restaurant, and a parking lot for 450 vehicles. It is expected to create up to 300 new jobs. Annual tax revenue for the city is projected to exceed PLN 1 million. The architectural concept was designed by Pejot Studio. Confirmed tenants of the "Brama Bieszczad" complex include Castorama, Biedronka, Rossmann, Pepco, and Dealz. ■
