Remax is carrying out shell structure of office building with total area of 13,500 sqm in Kraków for Warimpex

Remax Construct is carrying out the shell structure of the Mogilska 35 Office building, which Warimpex is building on Mogilska Street in Kraków. The works are being carried out without a general contractor. Let us recall that the enterprise concerns construction of a building with a lease area of 12,000 sqm (total area of approx. 13,500 sqm). The design of the investment has been developed by OP Architekten, and ground works have been entrusted to Keller and Trans-Ziem. ■
