Rembor is going to conduct renovation of "Galeria Mokotów"

Rembor General is the contractor of the reconstruction of the facade of "Galeria Mokotów" located in the area of Wołoska, Uniechowskiego, Rodziny Hiszpańskich streets and Wilanowska Avenue. The works were ordered by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. The enterprise, whose value has been established at 20 mln PLN, is going to consist of the renovation of the facade of the complex next to the main entrance, the rotunda and the Wołoska Street entrance, Works are scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2020.
Let us recall that in December 2012 we informed about the collaboration of Unibail-Rodamco with SMZ and Sud Architekt on preparations for the development of "Galeria Mokotów" by approx. 3,500 sqm and the modernization and development (from 4,800 sqm to 6,200 sqm) of the gastronomy section. Contracts, with a total value of 54.4 mln PLN, for the general contractorship of the enterprise were entrusted to Awbud. ■
