Rembud wants to build educational facility for 34.4 million PLN

Rembud (34.4 million PLN), Eko-Invest (37 million PLN), Grupa Ekoenergia (38 million PLN), Zab-Bud (39.2 million PLN), PRK 7 Nieruchomości/Trakcja (40.8 million PLN), and PBO Śląsk/MTM Budownictwo (46.6 million PLN) submitted offers in a tender procedure, issued by the authorities of the Warsaw-Wesoła district, concerning the general contracting of a building for the purposes of the CLXIII High School in the area of Słowackiego and Narutowicza streets in Warsaw. Let us recall that the enterprise, based on a design by Plus3-Architekci, is going to entail the construction of a building with a total area of 6,200 sqm (usable area of 3,700 sqm) and a cubature of 29,700 meters³, which will house a 16-group school with a canteen, auditorium for 200 people, and a sports hall. The order, the budget of which has been established at 34.5 million PLN gross, is to be carried out over a period of 24 months (2 years). ■
