Retail Partners is going to build shopping center

Partner Development, a subsidiary of Retail Partners, is conducting preparations for the construction of a shopping-service center in the area of Prochowa and Batalionów Chłopskich streets in Dzierżoniów (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with a lease area of approx. 8,000 sqm. The architectural partners include Arkus. Let us recall that Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK) was going to build the "Galeria Dzierżoniowska" center in this location. In January 2013, we reported that the company was planning to entrust Erbud with the contracting of a complex with a lease area of 5,000 sqm, based on a design by BPD Arkus. ■
