Retail Provider has presented a new concept of the "Synergia" multi-functional center in Olsztyn. The enterprise, to be located in the area of Lubelska and Partyzantów streets, is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with an area of over 50,000 sqm, including 29,000 sqm of retail and service space, 4,800 sqm to be taken up by the PKP train station, 6,000 sqm of office space, 3,700 sqm of gastronomy services, 2,000 sqm in a medical facility; the plans also include the construction of a hotel with 150 rooms and a conference center. We have reported in PREM that TriGranit and Immofinanz were among companies considered as potential partners for the enterprise. The investment will be carried out on the basis of properties purchased in the course of a privatization transaction of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej (PKS) bus transport company. The original plans included the construction of a shopping gallery with an area of 43,000 sqm, with 180 stores and a 7-screen cinema, the guidelines for which were developed by FS&P Arcus. ■
