Rex-Bud will construct Hillwood logistics complex with area of over 100,000 sqm near Stryków

Rex-Bud Budownictwo is commencing construction of a logistics-warehouse complex in Zelgoszcz in Stryków commune (Łódzkie Province) for Hillwood Polska. The investment is to eventually entail the construction of buildings with an area of 105,500 sqm, including 72,500 sqm in the first stage. The works, being supervised by APP-Projekt, are to be finalized next year in February.
Let us recall that in PREM 1035, we reported that last year in June, HE3 Stryków, a company from Hillwood group, had applied for construction permits for a complex with a cubature of approx. 900,000 meters³. Architect Dominik Karczewski from the 5ha workshop is responsible for the design works. The environmental impact of the investment for a part of the lots was evaluated at the local administrative offices by Industrial Park Development 7. ■
