Rex-Bud will build logistics center in Lodz

Rex-Bud Budownictwo has been chosen as the general contractor of a logistics center, which Hillwood is going to build in the area of Pabianicka and Chocianowicka streets in Łódź. Let us recall that this year in September, we reported on the plans for the construction of buildings with a total area of approx. 100,000 sqm as part of Hillwood Łódź II. Design works have been entrusted to 5ha Dominik Karczewski. ■
