Robyg will build residential complex on 10-ha lot in Poznań according to design by Litoborski+Marciniak.

A subsidiary of Robyg is conducting administrative procedures, concerning construction of a complex of multi-family residential buildings on Panny Marii Street in Poznań. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with a cubature of nearly 100,000 meters³. The architectural partner is Litoborski+Marciniak. Let us recall that in July 2019, we reported that Robyg purchased 10 ha of land of the former Garbary heat and power station. The land is to be used for the construction of a residential complex with a total of 1,400 flats. ■
