Rock Capital is preparing construction of shopping center on over 2 hectares of land in Tarnobrzeg

Rock Capital is obtaining permits for the development of a property located at the intersection of Kwiatkowskiego and Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie streets in Tarnobrzeg (Podkarpackie Province). The planned enterprise will entail using the property, with an area of over 2 hectares, for the construction of a complex of three retail-service outlets. The land, currently taken up by the DAO shopping center, was put to sale. ■
