Rokom will build sports hall for 30 million PLN

Państwowa Uczelnia Silesiusa] (PUAS) announced that the offer submitted by Rokom (30 million PLN gross) has been chosen in a tender procedure concerning the general contracting of a sports hall on Południowa Street in Wałbrzych. The building with a development area of 3,300 sqm and a cubature of over 44,000 meters³ is going to be carried out according to a design by Biuro Architektoniczne Piotr Pietrzykowski. The works will be completed by the end of August 2023. Another candidate for the contract was Pre-Fabrykat, with a price of 32.6 million PLN. ■
