Roomies purchased plots of land from 6B47

Roomies, founded by Nikolas Löbel, has acquired two properties with permits for the construction of student dormitories from 6B47 Real Estate Investors: one on Grochowska Street in Warsaw and the other on Wagonowa Street in Wrocław. As reported in PREM, the first location (designed by APA Wojciechowski) is expected to offer around 500 places, while the second will provide approximately 400. The construction of the Warsaw facility is set to begin this year and is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2026. In further plans, Roomies intends to open dormitories in Kraków, Gdańsk, and Poznań, aiming to provide a total of around 2,000 places within five years. ■
