RO.SA.-Bud will construct for Grupa Saller a retail park in Radom with gla of 4.500 sqm

RO.SA.-Bud has commenced the construction of a retail park in the area of 1905 Roku and Młodzianowska streets in Radom (Mazowieckie Province). An outlet with a lease area of approx. 4,500 sqm with 9 units, complemented with a parking lot for 80 vehicles is going to be built on the basis of documentation prepared by Sylwester Piętak from the local Embi Architektura workshop. The investment, located near the Lidl supermarket and the Orlen fuel station, is going to be put to use in November of this year. ■
