RS offered to carry out university building

RS Budownictwo (84.5 million PLN gross), Budimex (103.3 million PLN), and Unibep (106.9 million PLN) have taken part in a tender procedure, issued by the University of Białystok, concerning the design and construction of the Humanities building at the Białystok University Campus on 1 Ciołkowskiego Street. The property with an area of 1.3 hectares is going to be developed according to a concept developed by Art Projekt from Choroszcz, and will be used for the construction of a 3-story building with usable area of 9,000 sqm and a cubature of 42,700 meters³ gross. The order is to be carried out over the period of 1,020 days (less than 3 years). ■
