RSB RE is preparing construction of shopping center in collaboration with RG Leasing

RSB Real Estate is conducting preparations for the development of a property with an area of over 3.3 ha, located in the area of Pileckiego Roundabout and Lubańska and Trasa Czeska (DK3) streets in Jelenia Góra. The investment, which we initially mentioned this year in January, is going to entail the construction of a shopping-service center with usable area of 12,000 sqm. The complex will also include parking lots for 358 vehicles. The partner of the enterprise is RG Leasing. ■
