RSIG is planning construction of residential complex

RSIG Dzielnica Dubois from Royal Sail Investment Group (RSIG) is preparing construction of the "Dzielnica Dubois" residential complex at 98/100 Dubois Street in Łódź. The investment is going to entail the development of a lot with an area of 3.2 hectares, which will be used for the construction of buildings with a total of 338 flats with a total usable area of 19,300 sqm. Architect Michał Karpiński from the Draft architectural workshop is responsible for designing the investment. The construction permit for the first four buildings, with a cubature of 34,700 meters3, is currently being issued. ■
