RWS Group to construct in Bytom a retail park with gla of over 1,000 sqm

RWS Investment Group is conducting preparations for the construction of a retail park on Witczaka Street in Bytom (Śląskie Province). An outlet with a lease area of approx. 1,100 sqm, whose users are going to include Rossmann and KIK, is going to be built near the Lidl supermarket. Works are scheduled to be completed in mid-2019. ■
