RWS Group will prepare construction of Diament hotel in Gdańsk

RWS Investment Group is conducting preparations for the construction of a hotel complex on Podwale Przedmiejskie Street in Gdańsk. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with an area of approx. 7,700 sqm. The complex will also include a parking lot for 52 vehicles. The investment is scheduled to be finalized in the 2nd quarter of 2019.
Let us recall that last year in August, we informed about Hotele Diament's plans for opening a hotel with 156 rooms on 1 Podwale Przedmiejskie Street in Gdańsk. Designing of sanitary systems has been entrusted to Daas. Administrative preparations were supervised by Ram Invest. ■
