RWS invests in Giżycko

Exitus, a company affiliated with the RWS Group, is applying for permission to develop a property located in the village of Gajewo near Giżycko (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship). On a 2.7-hectare site situated near Obwodowa and Świderska streets, the construction of two commercial and service buildings is planned. Among the architectural partners for the project is TS Architekci, led by Tomasz Szyp. Let us recall that PREM previously reported on the RWS Group's plans to develop a 4.4-hectare site near a roundabout and National Road 59, where a complex with a target size of 15,000 m² is envisioned.
