RWS is going to build retail complex in Węgorzewo

At the end of this June, a subsidiary of RWS Investment Group obtained permission for the construction of a complex of two retail-service outlets on gen. J. Bema Street in Węgorzewo (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province). Łukasz Seyda and Przemysław Seyda from the Biuro Projektów Diament architectural workshop and Tadeusz Ogorzałek from BP Prosan are taking part in the design works. Let us recall that the developer's plans concern construction of a complex with usable area of nearly 3,500 sqm, with Lidl supermarket as the main tenant. The communal property with an area of approx. 1 ha was sold early this year for approx. 1.3 million PLN net. ■
