RWS Investment Group will build retail park with development area of 8,000 sqm in Niemodlin

Opalus, a company from RWS Investment Group, is conducting preparations for the development of a property with an area of 2.3 hectares, located in the area of Wojska Polskiego and Opolska (DK46) streets in Niemodlin (Opolskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with a development area of approx. 8,000 sqm.
Let us recall that this year, we reported that Dębos, a company from PSB Group, was planning to carry out a shopping-service building on Opolska Street in Niemodlin. Last year, we also wrote that Majster had obtained a construction permit for a retail-exhibition-warehouse building with a cubature of nearly 13,000 meters3. ■
