RWS will build hotel-recreation complex

RWS Investment Group is going to build the "Lowen Marina" apart-hotel complex on Św. Brunona Street in Giżycko (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province) in collaboration with Intuo. The enterprise is going to entail the development of properties with an area of 3.6 ha on the shore of the Niegocin Lake. The investment concerns seven four-story apartment buildings with a total development area of 4,800 sqm, with a private beach and a marina. The complex is to include 192 parking spaces, including 78 in underground parking garages. The 1st stage is to entail the construction of four buildings with approx. 90 apartments. Design of the investment has been developed by Chiliart. Administrative permits were obtained by MJ Investments, company associated with RWS. ■
