RWS will build shopping center in Niemodlin

Opalus, subsidiary of RWS Investment Group, is conducting preparations for the development of a property with an area of 2.3 ha in the area of Wojska Polskiego and Opolska streets (DK46 road) in Niemodlin (Opolskie Province). The investment's architectural partner is Arch Biuro Tomasz Gwiazdowski. Let us recall that the enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of four shopping-service outlets with a development area of over 8,000 sqm. ■
