SAFEGE is supervising construction of “Brama Oławska” office building with area of 14,000 sqm in Wrocław

SAFEGE is supervising the construction of the "Brama Oławska" office building at 35 Oławska Street in Wrocław, which is being built by Tower Inwestycje. The works, the general contractor of which is Warbud, are going to entail the construction of a 7-story building with a lease area of over 14,000 sqm, with 140 parking spaces in a three-level underground parking garage. The architectural guidelines have been developed by PA Artur Jasiński i Wspólnicy. Commercialization has been entrusted to CBRE. ■
