Saller will build a retail park with gla of 2,600 sqm in Legnica

The Saller Group has informed about plans for the construction of a shopping center in the area of Piłsudskiego Street in Legnica (Dolnośląskie Province). The outlet is going to have a lease area of approx. 2,600 sqm and Jeronimo Martins, the operator of the Biedronka chain, is going to be one of its users. Construction works are scheduled to begin early next year. ■
