Saller is going to build, in cooperation with Savi, a retail park with gla of over 3,000 sqm in Białogard

The Saller Group has commenced the construction of a retail park at the junction of Kołobrzeska Street and Szosa Połczyńska Route, next to the Kaufland superstore, in Białogard (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The complex, with a lease area of over 3,000 sqm, was designed by Marcin Wydorski from A4D and is going to house Neonet, Tedi and Pepco outlets; talks are also being finalized with a drugstore chain and a footwear chain. Savi from Oborniki Śląskie has been entrusted with general contracting. Additionally, on April 17 Saller informed about finalizing the purchase transaction of a retail complex in Rybnik (Śląskie Province), which was put to use at the end of last year. A Lidl supermarkets and stores of the following chains: Action, Tedi, Maxi Zoo, Media Expert, Marko and L&P are operating on 6,500 sqm. ■
