Saller is going to build S1 retail park on 2.5 hectares of land in Strzegom

Saller group is conducting preparations for the development of a property located on Wojska Polskiego Avenue in Strzegom (Dolnośląskie Province), opposite the McDonald's restaurant. The enterprise, to be carried out on approx. 2.5 hectares of land, is going to entail the construction of the Park Handlowy S1 retail park complex, with an additional complex of external parking lots. Let us recall that this year in February, we reported that PPFI was obtaining administrative permits for the construction of a shopping-service complex on Wojska Polskiego Avenue in Strzegom, next to the existing shopping center, including Biedronka and Intermarche stores. Two buildings with a total cubature of 14,400 meters³ are to be carried out on a property with an area of approx. 1 hectare. ■
