Sarivo has commenced construction of shopping center with area of 5,500 sqm in Limanowa for Sawig

Sarivo Budownictwo (formerly MK Bud) is carrying out works on the construction of a retail-service center on Zygmunta Augusta Street in Limanowa (Małopolskie Province). Let us recall that Sawig Property is the investor of the enterprise, a fact about which we informed in October of last year. Design works of the S-Mall complex, which is going to have a final area of 5,500 sqm, were carried out by, among others, Wojciech Kurzak (Vide Studio). P3 Projekt and EJG Bułat are also collaborating on the investment. The investor has received permission for the construction of outlets with a cubature of almost 20,000 meters3. Let us recall that we have informed in PREM about plans for using the post-industrial property with an area of approx. 2.5 hectares in the area of Jabłoniecka and Zygmunta August streets for the construction of a shopping-service center. ■
