Savi is going to build retail park with lease area of 2,600 sqm for Grupa Saller in Legnica

Savi is the general contractor of the retail park which Grupa Saller is going to build in Legnica (Dolnośląskie Province), in the area of Sudecka, Karkonoska, Bieszczadzka streets and Piłsudskiego Avenue. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a lease area of 2,600 sqm and a cubature of 16,600 meters3, whose main user is going to be the Biedronka chain. Architect Waldemar Serafinowicz has been entrusted with designing the project. Further development of the complex is planned in the future. ■
