SB Complex will construct for Grancor company a hotel with 84 units in Rzeszów

In March, SB Complex commenced construction of the Rookie Room hotel at the intersection of Kwiatkowskiego and Powstańców Warszawy streets in Rzeszów. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a 6-story building with 84 micro-apartments sized 14-19 sqm each. The investment, designed by architect Tadeusz Szewczenko from the Gliwice based workshop Archiprojekt, is to be finalized in April of next year. ■
