Scandiq is going to build office building in Gdańsk

Scandiq is going to build office building with usable area of 5,400 sqm in Gdańsk for Moderna. Scandiq is going to serve as the general contractor of the Oliwa 501 office building, which Moderna Holding is going to build at 501 Grunwaldzka Street in Gdańsk. Let us recall that the enterprise is going to consist of the construction of an outlet with an area of 5,400 sqm (lease area of 3,300 sqm). The design of the investment was prepared by Grupa 5 Architekci. Works are scheduled to be completed within
