SCS is seeking contractor for modernization of "Moczydło" swimming pools complex

The communal enterprise Stołeczne Centrum Sportu "Aktywna Warszawa" (SCS – "Active Warsaw" Sports Center) has issued a tender for the contractorship of revitalization of the "Moczydło" Water Park on Górczewska Street in Warsaw. The offers, with a deposit of 400,000 PLN, will be collected through September 19. We have reported in PREM that the investment (based on documentation prepared by MWM from Gliwice) concerns a complex on a 7-ha lot, with open-air swimming pools (approx. 3,100 sqm). The order is to be carried out by the end of June 2018. ■
