Seco supervises for PHN & Ghelamco designing and construction of office buildings in Warsaw and Krakow

Gabriel Ligęska, development manager at Seco Polska, has informed PREM that the company is involved in preparation and development of office buildings in Warsaw and Kraków. In Warsaw, the company is managing the design stage of "Intraco City A", planned by PHN. Let us recall that the development of documentation for the building with a lease area of approx. 12,000 sqm has been entrusted to the consortium of Juvenes Projekt and Intec Projekt workshops. Seco also acts as substitute investor of a residential building on Oczapowskiego Street in the Bielany district, whose developer is Bouygues Immobilier Polska.
Meanwhile, in Krakow, they are supervising the construction of an office building (approx. 10,000 sqm) in the area of Kapelanka and Zielińskiego streets for Ghelamco Poland. As we reported in PREM, Budimex became the general contractor of the investment in August. ■
