Segro is planning logistics center

Segro Poland has informed about the purchase of a 17-ha property located in Biskupice Podgórne (Dolnośląskie Province), next to the A4 highway junction. The property is going to be used for the construction of the Segro Logistic Park Wrocław logistics-warehouse complex with a final area of 75,000 sqm. Let us recall that in June we informed about Segro purchasing the 7R Park Wrocław logistics center (24,000 sqm) in Biskupice. The name of the complex has been changed to Segro Industrial Park Wrocław 2. Additionally, the company also manages the Industrial Park Wrocław complex next to the A8 Wrocław Highway Bypass junction, with the possibility of further development up to 35,000 sqm. ■
