Sento will construct an estate with 300 flats in Kraków

Sento is commencing construction of the SenTOTU multi-family residential complex at 7-11 Zauchy Street in Kraków. The enterprise, designed by Ucees, is going to entail the construction of six 6-story buildings with a total of 308 flats with usable areas of 36-95 sqm each. The first stage (2 buildings with 132 flats) will be put to use in the first half of 2022, and the entire investment should be finalized in 2023. ■
