SGB Bobola has commenced construction for Burco company an aparthotel complex with area of 28,500 sqm in Rogowo

 SGB Grzegorz Bobola is carrying out the "Rogowo Pearl" hotel-apartment complex in Rogowo (Zachodniopomorskie Province) for Burco Development Polska. The investment, the documentation of which has been prepared by Jacek Sudak from RDZ Architekten, is going to be carried out on the isthmus between Resko Lake and the Baltic Sea shore. The whole enterprise will entail the construction of five 6-story buildings with usable area of 28,500 sqm, with an underground parking garage for 450 vehicles. The first stage will entail putting to use three buildings with a total cubature of 78,500 meters3. ■
