Shark Investment will build residential complex

Shark Investment is preparing construction of the "Nowe Zatorze" residential complex in the area of Zientary-Malewskiej and Cicha streets in Olsztyn. The investment is going to entail the construction of two 5-8-story buildings with 146 flats with usable area of 26-120 sqm each. The investment is scheduled to be finalized in the 1st quarter of 2022. ■
