Shopp.City will build shopping center with total area of 6,500 sqm in Długołęka in collaboration with KKBud and Bulak

Shopp.City is planning construction of a shopping center on Jana Pawła II Street in Długołęka (Dolnośląskie Province) in 2022. The enterprise, to be carried out on a property with an area of 2.8 hectares, is going to entail the construction of a complex with a total area of over 6,500 sqm. Design works are being carried out by Bulak, and KKBud is the project manager. Commercialization has been entrusted to Nuvalu.
Let us recall that in January 2017, we reported that Common Investment, company associated with Shopp.City, was conducting preparations for the development of a property located in Długołęka near the Selgros Cash&Carry store. ■
