Shopp.City is preparing shopping mall with area of over 17,000 sqm in Grudziądz in collaboration with Bulak Projekt

Shopp.City is conducting preparations for the construction of a shopping-service center in the area of Szosa Toruńska and Południowa streets in Grudziądz (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with an area of over 17,000 sqm, including approx. 7,100 sqm to be taken up by a retail park and approx. 10,000 sqm by a "House and garden" type superstore. The complex will also include parking lots for over 200 vehicles. The investment's partners include the Bulak architectural office and Nuvalu (commercialization). Let us recall that this year in March, we reported that Common Investment, a company associated with Shopp.City, had applied for permission to demolish a defunct Auchan center on Południowa Street in Grudziądz. ■
